LET’S GET SOME SLEEP
How to spruce up your bed into a sleeping oasis to help get more rest can be an easy process. Getting a good night’s rest is always on our minds. We struggles with many faucets of our lives from one minute to the next, dealing with some of life’s simple matters and some complex ones as well. From personal relationships to business and family relationships we deal with things that make us toss and turn throughout the night.
TAKE TIME TO REST
Rest is so important and most of us just don’t have the time to take breaks throughout the day to calm our mind, body, and soul. When we are at work, we can’t wait to get home and be able to receive the rescue that our beds give to us when we lie down in hopes of letting go of all that has taken us down during the day.
WHY NOT ENOUGH SLEEP
The reasons we don’t get enough rest or sleep can be different for each of us. Medical conditions, and not taking time out for ourselves is probably very high on the list. I had an old blue colored rose print comforter and when flipped over it showed a blue colored gingham print. You know the sheets and pillow cases to match(oh my, what was I thinking). It was cute at one time but definitely not anymore for me. And I recently realized that the sheets felt hard and I will not use them again. So I purchased this Luxe sheet set.
WHAT I PURCHASED
Listed below is what I purchased to transform my bed into one that I just want to get in all the time now. I don’t know much about thread counts for sheets, so when I shop, I just feel the sheet with my finger tips for the softness that I want. This is not a true gauge, but it seems to work okay for now.
- 3 Piece White Duvet Cover Set with damask stripe design by Elegant Comfort online from Wayfair. I placed a comforter within the duvet, that makes it look full. But it here.
- Luxe brand white sheet set from Ross Dress for Less (home accessories department). The sheets are 500 thread count and 100% Cotton Sateen.
- Rectangle shaped designed pillow from Target.
- Savannah Faux Fur Decorative Throw by Marlo Lorenz from Marshall’s.
LESS THAN YOU THINK
For just under $100(very reasonable and affordable), I changed my bed from one of misery to one of excitement, my sleeping oasis. The Luxe sheets are very comfortable and feel so smooth and relaxing when I lie on it. When I walk into my bedroom and see it, it looks so appealing, with a look of luxury dressed in all white attire. You can change your bed into a sleeping oasis for less than you think, and most of all you’ll sleep better from its softness.
Have you changed your bedding lately? Would love to hear how it makes you feel.
